Civilian Church Defense

The difference between Church Security and our Church Defense program is the focus on Individual responsibility.

"Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle. psalm 144:1"

The Femme Fatale Arms Civilian Church Defense Program is not a traditional “Church Security” program focused on policies and procedures. Instead, this is a class designed to develop a particular set of skills in individuals who have made the personal decision to protect themselves and the lives of others while within the unique environment that exists at houses of worship.

Rather than building a Church Security team, our goal is to build skilled and capable members of the congregation that can identify and address a deadly threat in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, while maintaining the safety of those around them.  We supply the knowledge and skills you will need to respond effectively to an active shooter.

Who we are, and why are we qualified to train you.

Richard Dockery is our lead instructor and oversees and develops our training curriculum which includes Civilian Church Defense.

Richard served our country as an Army MP during the first Gulf War. He continues to build his knowledge through extensive research as well as Train-The-Trainer and Firearms Master Classes with nationally reputed instructors Pat McNamara (US Army 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta) as well as Instructor Zero (international firearms and tactics instructor), in addition to Law Enforcement, Military and Private Military Instructors.  His research includes books by Massad Ayoob, David Grossman, Jeff Cooper, Kyle Lamb and Mike Glover in addition to others.

He incorporates the latest techniques and methodologies into our training, accounting for physical, psychological and biomechanical considerations to build a solid foundation and a progressive path of development.  To date Femme Fatale ARMS has trained over 4700 students in firearm use, safety and proficiency at a variety of levels.

Our latest class offering “Civilian Church Defense” is being offered after several months of development, in response to the violence focused on our sites of worship.

Call or email Richard to arrange a no obligation meeting to discuss your specific needs. 321-210-4245. Richard@LadiesGunStore.com

*A Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger or SIRT pistol is a useful training tool in improving defensive shooting and marksmanship.  The SIRT pistol is the same shape, size, feel and weight of a real firearm. It is commonly used in Law Enforcement and Military training.
