My 1st time shooting a gun was 10 times more nerve wrecking than I initially thought and for a few minutes I didn't think this would be for me. My instructor Joanna was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She noticed me struggling with the first gun so she gave me another gun to try. By the end of our session I was able to make multiple shots in the target!

I highly recommend Femme Fatale Arms and Training to all interested in education and training on gun use and ownership. I took my first class yesterday and it was informative and confidence building. This new gun owner class with Maria was most informative, it gave me a big boost in confidence and vital baseline techniques for the safe handling & shooting of my Beretta PX4 Storm 9mm! So I would Highly suggest every female gun owner to partake in this class because it caters to a woman’s needs and ability in handling a gun. This was my second class with Femme Fatale. I found the training to be very was well structured, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. They really keep you moving, although 1 class wont make you an expert, it provided me with the knowledge of what areas I could use practice on. Now when I go to the range, I have certain goals to work on. I highly recommend Femme Fatale for anyone who wants to take their skills to the next level.

What an excellent class, with wonderful instructors! This class is not just comfortable for women who have not had a lot of experience with guns, it is geared towards them. If you are a woman and you want to own a gun (or feel more comfortable/proficient with the one you have), then this is the class for you. And the store is the best! Patient, professional, and fun.

My wife, Cindy, and I have taken many of the Femme Fatale handgun self-defense courses over the past year, building our skills and confidence incrementally. Femme Fatale does not simply offer gun safety classes, but, rather, they have put together a curriculum of safety, accuracy, and strategy courses. There are many aspects of gun self-defense, and the Couples class introduces strategies for taking advantage of having more than one defender against a single or multiple attackers. During this course, we learned each other's strengths and weaknesses and how to use them to our advantage when under attack. We also learned how to effectively communicate with each other in high-pressure situations to increase our probably of success. Richard makes all his classes fun while providing valuable instruction and critique; this course is no exception. Cindy and I now find ourselves discussing couples self-defense tactics during our daily walks! I highly recommend this class to everyone. And one final note: If you can't decide whether you want a handgun with or without a manual safety lever, this class will give you the answer.

My husband and I have been taking classes through Femme Fatale for several months now and are amazed at the growth of our skills. Maria, Richard and their team have been patient, respectful and wise in their guidance and training. We recently took their new Couples Class and it was fantastic to learn to work together strategically as a team. Their Skill Builder classes are well named as they methodically teach us to build our skills in form, techniques and accuracy. I had been a gun owner for years, not realizing how little I actually knew...and now I have true skills and confidence! We highly recommend them for women and men!

The class was extremely informative and the instructor was both knowledgeable and fun. The stories and content formation helped to provide an excellent foundation for learning. For those with no experience she provided a level of comfort to ask questions and clarify information. I would definitely recommend Femme Fatale for anyone interested in their concealed weapon certification or in attending advanced training.

I recently took the Basic Firearms Use and Safety class hosted by Femme Fatale. Maria taught the course and is very knowledgeable and thorough. She provides the information at a level new gun owners can grasp and apply. On the range, Richard and the other instructors provide excellent one-on-one instruction to make new students comfortable handling firearms. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn this skill properly. Looking forward to expanding my knowledge. For anyone who is curious, I was not the only guy in the class!

Maria was wonderful! I love her story of how she started her business. Her class was informative and useful. You can tell she is passionate about impowering people, especially women. She was sharing the information that she knows, and she knows a lot, in a way that did not feel rehearsed. I recommend her shop and her classes to anyone!

I have taken 3 classes so far with the Femme Fatale team and they are awesome. Class size is small enough so that you have individual attention. They are patient and I have never felt uncomfortable asking for help. I'll be signing up for more classes in 2023.
